Growing up in rural Cambodia in the aftermath of a war on education, Sineang faced many challenges on her mission to accomplish University studies. Despite her significant achievements, she is dogged by self doubt but is determined to conquer her insecurities in order to improve the lives of others.
Working in collaboration with Cambodia Rural Students Trust and Swinburne University of Technology, Sineang was produced by Kaylene Tyler and Franx Ann as part of a unique vocational education initiative founded by the pair. Both lecturers lead a group of 8 students from the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media including director Claudine Ocampo on this often challenging but hugely rewarding documentary making expedition honouring Sineang's story.

Despite her significant achievements, she battles depression and self doubt but is determined to conquer her insecurities to improve the lives of others.
Working in collaboration with Cambodia Rural Students Trust and Swinburne University of Technology, Sineang was produced by Kaylene Tyler and Franx Ann as part of unique vocational education initiative founded by the pair. The lecturers lead a group of 8 students from the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media including director Claudine Ocampo on a documentary making expedition that instilled participants with both high quality documentary making skills, and greater global consciousness.
